Isnard is responsible for leading the regional management team and managing the relationship with Red Hat customers and partners, as well as promoting Red Hat’s focus on shifting enterprise computing from proprietary to open source technology solutions across the entire region.
Isnard holds more than 30 years of senior level experience in international management and marketing with leading Solution and Software vendors. Isnard joined Red Hat from Hewlett-Packard, where he served as Director of Sales for Global Accounts Enterprise Business, HP France. This position allowed him to create synergies between different entities (servers, storage, networking, software and services) to enhance value sales of end-to-end business solutions. Previously, he held various international positions at HP Software, including Director of Sales for Infrastructure software, EMEA; Vice President Asia Pacific Japan and Vice President of Sales, Worldwide Global Accounts.
Before joining HP, Isnard was Vice President EMEA at Peregrine Systems, where he developed and reinforced the company's leadership in the market of Consolidated Service Desk and Asset Management.
Prior to Peregrine Systems, Isnard worked for Informix Software, Tektronix and Thomson Group (3D computergraphics solutions as well as Defense systems), always bringing a balanced combination of strategic, innovative and operational visions.
Very soon in his career, Michel Isnard took roles focusing on entrepreneurial business developments, organizational transformations and business turnarounds, most of those taking place in multi-cultural and high-technology environments.
He is fluent in English and in Italian.
